Received a quote which seemed like a very good price, but the day the 2 vehicles were to be picked up we received a call letting us know we would have to pay an additional $600 or they wouldn’t be able to transport the vehicles. I explained this is bad business, I received a quote with a different amount. The guy continued to explain to me how they are a broker and when they quote a price, they use the last 5 moves to that area and quote the lowest and would not get any business if they didn’t (So the quote means nothing). At that point, we we already had everything else in motion and no time to look for a different provider, so we were stuck paying the additional $600. The day the vehicles were being delivered, we received a call from A Plus stating they had to pay 2 drivers an additional $100 and wanted us to pay an additional $75 per vehicle ($150 total) before the cars were delivered. This company is a complete scam and their quoted price means nothing. Not sure how a company is even in business with this type of service.
