Like Simone I am going through the SAME thing, I mean the same. This company is VERY rude and nasty and abusive. We never did get both our cars sent by them we had to use a different company. My husband is in the military and they have scammed us for the hole amount (2078.00) and they have yet to return it. We stated the ordeal on May 13, 2008 and canceled on June 4, 2008 and are still waiting on the refund on now July 14, 2008. We were told today if we want the $ back sue them in Nnassau County like the contract says. Well that's our next step because that's where family is and we already have a lawyer there to do it, and military has lawyers to help out also.We will have to also contact the BBB and Attorney General which we have gotten the numbers and info online if anyone is looking. Just so you know do not let them put your can in a storage spot if they want to, we did that and the company they used put 800 miles on one car and 500 on the other and charged us for the storage and we tried to work with them and were taking for a ride also. We think they might have been in this together. So now we have to sue them also, so say NO!!!! (that company is in FL and you can e-mail me if you would like there name) There is so much more to what they did but DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH OUT TELLING YOU THEN NEVER GIVE IT BACK AND TREAT YOU LIKE A PIECE OF DIRT. Also, they have been on FOX NEWS in NY for being a fraud check it out.
