I had used them before, going from Colorado to California, with no problem. This time they have been HORRIBLE!!! Promised pickup by june 23. Didn't pick up. Then 24, no. Then 27, no. 28th no. Told to call first thng on 6/30. They were rude, said they'd call back, didn't. Said pickup would be that night or 8 am. Wasn't. Called them two days later on 7/2, they said I was rude to be calling again and that they were cancelling my pickup and charging me $250. They are so nice before contracting and so awful afterward. AVOID THEM!!!!!
