Deceptive marketing thief!

Do not use this company or its other names "American Dispatchers & Logistics," "American Transportation," or "American Dispatchers Logistics." Mike Vesey is abrupt on the phone and used deceptive business practices to take our money. He lied about everything: 1) he was not the only point of contact. In fact, after I paid $225 to secure a spot on the truck, I never heard from him again. It was the trucking company who called me, and they had been promised a different COD amount than what Mike told me. 2) Although he repeatedly said that "the full amount you will pay to ship your car is the amount stated in the email," this was FALSE. The $225 up front, he told me later was a "set up fee." I then still owed the full amount to the trucking company. 3) After the car was delivered, I emailed Mike to say that he wasn't honest about the money we would have to pay. He said that he would have the company send a corporate fuel voucher as a courtesy. Of course, that never came either. From start to finish, this is the most unprofessional and deceptive company I have worked with. I want to caution anyone who wants to ship their car to find a different company.
