Openly Lied about rate!!! In the middle of the Pandemic with being laid off!!!

When the driver brought my car it was 30% more than I was quoted...and I specifically asked Mike Vesi about the quote he gave me that it included all fees. He said YES, but all he was interested in doing was collecting his Broker Fee... When I contacted them their flip and pompous response was "Hey, we don't work for free"...DO NOT USE THIS GROUP! and Mike Vesi just flat lied to get his up front fee. Highly unethical!
