<P> I paid to have a truck that was in PERFECT condition (signed off by their authorized agent) transported from Pacific, WA to Morrisville, NC. The Truck is owned by my son and I paid in full with my Mastercard and PAid AAADVANTAGE AUTO TRANSPORT out of Tempe, AZ after the Sales Man sold me on their firm with many PROMISES (no respect for him) His name is John Gil and said ALL vehicles are transported by THEIR Trucks and they have the BEST insurance and will cover everything.They Lied!
<P> The Truck arrived at its destination with so many scratches, dents and a busted windsield. Now it has to be repaired and the cost is over $2500. (I sent them 2 quotes as required by their claim process)
<P> I filled a claim and it was immediately DENIED as they say I have to take it up with their "Sub-agent" OK Auto Transport our of Greenacres, WA.
<P>I did NOT pay OK AUTO, I paid AAADVANTAGE so I am going the Small Claims, BBB and Attorney GEneral route to get this taken care of. I did have my MASTERCARD reverse the charges so that is a small consolation. NEVER NEVER will I use them or ANY other Auto Transport firm, I will ALWAYS drive it myself! E-mail me if you want to get a Class Action Suit as these guys are CROOKS!
