Canceled After Unable to Pickup Vehicle in a Reaso

I paid in full upon order and allowed 2 weeks for the "earliest available" date. For the next 2 and a half weeks after the "earliest available" date, they missed around five promised pickup dates. I was outright lied to by the carrier on several occasions, ie "we called the pickup contact" when they had not made contact. Customer service was polite but didn't have any clout to assist me. They just called dispatch and gathered another bogus pickup date. Ultimately, I received the email address of the owner/manager and stated my intention to cancel if they missed the next promised pickup date. To my surprise, this manager/owner agreed to provide a full refund if the vehicle wasn't picked up at the next promised date and specifically identified the day that I would get the refund. Well, they missed the pickup date as I expected, and I received the refund on the day they promised the refund (with no prodding from me). So, they earned one star from me for being forthright with the full refund. While their website says they have 25 trucks, they weren't using one for my job and never offered to switch to one of their trucks during my many calls to customer service.
