They picked up our truck on April 1st 08 and on April 9th 08 it was still in there Tempe lot with a time frame of it might leave within the next 2 weeks if they could find a truck to haul it. We were told that it would ship in 3 to 5 days and be there in 3 to 5 days. They had no answers and were very unprofessional in their customer service. The manager had been there for 5 years and had never listened to the intro on the answering system and the promises they were claiming to give. Worst mistake I have ever made and hope to have the truck by the end of May. I would never recommend them to anyone and wish I could get my truck to Seattle soon with another carrier.
