DO NOT USE!!! Unless you want you vehicle to sit and never get moved. Nothing but empty promises. It was stories everyday that I would call. "We are working hard on it" or "give us 24-36 hours" followed up with, "We are unable to ship your car, it is an unusual move".
I called a different company that next day and it was on a truck in 4 hours. I know why there business is failing, but do not deserve the help to save themselves. I used them because they advertised on the dealerships website that I bought the car, that was a big mistake.
I was promised a refund of my deposit, then when I asked for it, they said we have to look it over. I filled a dispute with my credit card for unsatisified service.
I repeat again, DO NOT USE!!! Last warning... This is all true.
