My brother had a Beaver 8 Man Gang Car for sale and he sold it before he had to leave on a business trip.He asked me to see if I could get the gang car shipped for him as the buyer did not want to wait very long for it.A friend of mine told me to call Dottie at 4U Auto Transport to see if she could arrange shipping for this gang car.I called her and told I had a train car to ship and she asked me "how big is the the train car", I told her it weighted 2650 pounds, gave her the measurements and told her that the wheels are steel. She said that is not a problem, she would have to get a open trailer with a winch on it. I told her I need the cost and the estimated delivery time (she estimated 2 weeks) so I can get the o k from the buyer. The buyer said "go for it". It took 12 days from my first phone call to Dottie to the gang car being delivered to the buyer in Virginia. My brother called the buyer when he returned home and the buyer was very happy and said the trucker backed up to his trailer and unloaded the gang car from the hauler to his trailer.The gang car arrived and was transfered undamaged.
