1st J&E Svcs - More Whining

Now it is another day later, and after talking to the office manager Juana, I find out my vehicle is "stuck" in Mobile, Al. for who knows how long, and yes, another "promised delivery date" will fall by the wayside. As of this coming Saturday, 8-27 it will be officially 3 weeks that 1st J&E Services picked up my SUV and as of right now it sits on a transport, with a broken down tractor and blown engine. So who knows when I'll get my vehicle here in Fla.

And now I'm trying to get Able Auto Transport and/or 1st J&E Services to at least give me a rental SUV, but there telling me they can only go up to $25 a day for rental costs? I hardly think that is going to get me a SUV rental. Surely since I am the one being inconveinced you'd think these companies would "offer" to pay an additional cost to replace my not delivered vehicle with a rental of similar style.

Again, be very wary, and I don't recommend anyone in the Southern Calif. area to use 1st J&E Services out of Bloomington, Calif., they are awful.
