Hi,
I contacted this company on the 9th of MAY 2010 about shipping my Mitsubishi Montero Sport to Panama, Mr. Alex Whitaker gave me a quote for 1400 including the pick up fee, 1000 shipping 400 pickup, however when the drivers came to my house to pick up I had to pay them 400 or they will not take my car, I paid them and they left, the next day 1world auto movers took 405 out of my bank account, I called and they said it was a deposit and the rest will not be taking out until the delivery of the vehicle. They told me that my vehicle was going to arrive on the 28th of MAY. I called on the 26th to check on the status of my vehicle and a lady named Miranda Carmichael told me that she will be sending me an email with the information of my vehicle...she did, this is her email: From: Miranda Carmichael [mailto:Miranda@1worldautomovers.com]

After receiving this email I purchase a ticket to go to Panama and receive my vehicle, for my surprise the vehicle was never on that vessel. I contacted 1World auto movers and Miranda told me, ohhh the vehicle never made it out of the port because we need your original title, I send it in, she gave me a new date of arrival for my car, I came back to the states because I am military and they only gave me 10 days off. On the 8th of June they took 995 dollars out of my account, ok if they quote me 1400 with pick up and everything why they are taking 1800...ok 400 pickup, 405 first charge to my card, and now 995, I called back trying to get explanation because my contract stated that they $$$ will be taken out after the delivery of the car. She never answered the phones.

I advise you to make a claim for a missing vehicle with the insurance for the driver.
