To transport our two cars, we were taking quotes from different transporters and 1shot express was one of them. The representative Mr.Rene wanted our card info to send us the quote. We were hesitant to give the info but after his assurance that with out our authorization - a signed contract to be faxed/mailed, they cannot and will not charge, we finally gave the info. How ever, to our surprise, he immediately charged $300 as advance payment WITH OUT ANY AUTHORIZATION from us.

We immediately called Rene and we had to deal a totally different Rene who was very rude and started acting like he doesnt even remember us. We asked for the refund but he kept on arguing and yelling and finally transferred some where.

Since they charged us with out our authorization, we were concerned about misusing our card info even in the future and thus we ended up calling our bank to cancel the card and file a claim with them and finally our bank - bank of america - were able to get the money back.

I hope management will listen such feedback, conduct inquiry and will take the necessary action.

My dear Sir. If you were to post your credit card statement here showing we charged you 300 dollars and without authorization I will refund you twice that amount. Every now and then sir we get this type of complaint out of spite but the readers here are smarter than that.
