Hi,

I recently moved all the way from CA to VA. The car was picked up on time..rather 15 mins early as it was very critical for me (i had a flight the next day).

Johnny the customer rep was very helpful throughout.. The good thing was that he would respond to emails or phone calls and i won't have to follow with him again.

The only issue i faced was that the truck driver wasn't picking up my phone calls and had to follow up with johnny for that - who was still responsive.

their price was reasonable rather best,,,car picked up on time...delivered before time and undamaged....i got the answers whenever i needed.........so would definitely recommend them. or
when you call 1shot..ask for johnny by name.
