Scott was polite and knowledgeable (and very apologetic that there were no trucks in the area). He kept me up to date on everything he was doing to hurry things along so that I could get my car home. I was not in a huge hurry but he did his best to expedite things and kept me in the loop the whole time. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would hire them again in a second.
