This was my first time transporting a vehicle, so I really didn't know what the process was. I went online and got about 5 quotes - different price ranges from $540 to $1,000. I decided to call each one and see how I felt about their customer service and to find out who was professional and who was a fly by night operation. HANDS DOWN 1-2 Go 2 was the absolutle best. Some gave me absolutley no understanding of how this process works while others were annoyed I was so ignorant. Scott took the time and explained, in great detail, the entire process. He was also familiar with where the van would be picked up, which was a great help. He emailed me the contract expediciously and called me whenever he had new information. Monday afternoon I gave him the go ahead and Friday at 8am our van was back in Milwaukee. It was taken in a beautiful new enclosed car carrier and the driver was very professional. He catered to our pick up time schedule and location. Our house is very inaccessable to trucks, so we met him right off the highway. He had it unloaded in under 10 minutes and we were on our way. Van was in perfect condition. I can't say enough good things about this company - we will be using them twice a year from now on to get our vehicle back and forth to Florida!
