My dealings with Kimberly were always pleasant. She did a very good job communicating with myself and the person shipping the car, which is always appreciated when dealing with logistics. The driver and delivery of the vehicle were both less than ideal, but again, that is not Kimberly's fault!

Vlad - the transporter:
My car was not delivered to me on the truck it was loaded on to, rather it was driven to my residence. I was very upset that this was not communicated to me previously and that the driver took it upon himself to make such a decision.

I also did not receive any updates about the delivery of the vehicle once it left Arizona. The first communication I received from the driver was a frantic phone call asking where I was located, because my car would be delivered in 30-60 minutes. When I stated I was at least 1.5 hours from home (due to meetings and travel time) the driver asked, "Do you have my cash?" I was very frustrated by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the driver. It is in the best interest of ASG that Vlad is not a direct representative of them.
