Extremely poor and dishonest service

Contacted Jack Morris three and a half weeks before to schedule shipment of my truck. I was assured multiple times that finding a shipper and the final price were "no problem" and "I've been doing this for years". He failed to call me back when promised and I then call him six days before the first agreed upon date and was told I'd get a call "after the weekend". Not receiving a call I called on Monday and was told to expect a call the end of the day. Again, no. Finally, I reach him and am told a series of problems, the shipper didn't want to go to my address, tc. etc but he could get me someone at $200 more but later than we wanted.

The man is not prompt, less than honest, and tried to bust us on the price at the last minute. Avoid this company. Period. Just awful
