Excellent Vehicle Transport Experience

I requested a quote for shipment of my vehicle from Colorado to Virginia on May 18, 2015. I received a quote and phone call from Max Guallar, Owner of Professional Auto Transport, within the first hour. His first quote was in my price range. The first thing I liked about the way he does business is that he referred me to his customer review site and sent me information to validate his company with the quote.

I received a few other calls, but decided to go with Max after about 3 hours. He immediately sent me the invoice and I agreed to pay a $150.00 deposit to reserve my spot. Max was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. Everytime I called he answered the phone or if I had to leave a message, he normally called me back within the hour.

I had a situation where my first scheduled driver got delayed and they didn't notify myself or Max. When I called to verify my pickup is when they informed me. I immediately called Max and he instantly went to work to find me a different driving company. He found me another company to pick-up my vehicle within the hour. The great thing that turned out was they were able to pick-up my vehicle the same day, in a matter of a couple of hours. I agreed and the driver, (Tim-GTR Transportation LLC) called me about 45 minutes later and let me know he was close. Tim arrived and it was a smooth transaction to pick-up my vehicle. This was Tuesday and he told me my vehicle would be there Saturday. I was there to pick-up my vehicle Saturday and I spoke with Tim on Friday where he let me know he was going to get to my drop-off on time. Tim called me at 5:00 AM on Saturday morning and delivered my vehicle safe and in the same condition as he picked it up.

I have to say this was a very pleasant transaction and I would recommend Max to my family or friends. I plan to use him for future vehicle transports.
