The representative was upfront about all costs associated with the move. No surprises. The car was delivered without any damages and on time. I have used other companies to perform the same move at a cheaper rate but experienced many problems (ie. driver not on time , hard to get status after car picked up, problems with truck, car not delivered on time). I plan to use this company again.
