My experience with Brett, at the front end, was absolutely excellent. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and very customer service oriented.

Picking up in LA, we had a little glitch. The driver gave us a window from 1 - 5, was a no show at 5, and their offices were closed at 3 so we had no one to communicate with about an alternate plan. At 7, the driver called to say he was late and would be there shortly.

The cross country trip was shorter than estimated (they said 7 - 10 days) and the car arrived safely.

All in all, a very good experience.

Highly recommend Brett- -he will get it done for you!
