We called to send two vehicles from Lancaster, CA to Deland, FL. Joanna was very professional, very helpful; and confidently explained everything to us step by step. We had read many horror stories from people that had problems and were taken advantage of, but Joanna assured us by explaining everything step by step and having us read her reviews showing excellent customer service. She made sure we received a receipt showing the deposit deducted from the balance due and the shipper called first to confirm. He arrived right on time. The driver was very pleasant and helpful and picked up the vehicles carefully, with no problems. He stated it would take 5 days to get there and he arrived right on time to the destination. I would highly recommend using TD Transport to anyone needing this type of service. And I would recommend speaking directly to Joanna; she was really a blessing.
