Brad was very patient and caring. I had to cancel the transport for reasons beyond my control two times. Brad didn't get upset but instead took it in stride and said he would take care of us when the time was right. Brad communicated with me well, tried hard to find a driver that would be around what he quoted. He knew we had a bad experience with other companies and tried hard to let me know that Lightning could be trusted. We had dealt with 5 other transport companies and had bad experiences. I was delighted that Lightning Auto Carriers was what they claimed to be. The price was fair. Our pickup was on time. Brad put me in contact with the driver right away. The driver Tim at BID INC was very good at returning my calls and letting me know how the pick up was going. Tim took a picture for me and sent it via text when the truck was loaded. We were not at the pick up so the truck driver took care of things on that end. He took an inventory of the truck for us. The delivery was on time. The driver let us know when they were close to delivery. There was no damage to the truck. Brad called to make sure everything went well and the delivery was done with care and respect. The follow up meant a lot to us. Overall I do not have one negative thing to say about Lightning or the trucking company BID INC. They were both great!!!
