I have use Auto Shipping Group two times now and have been extremely pleased with both experiences. The best part of the experience was the customers service of the agent handling the process. In this specific transport, I dealt with Chell Hart at 360.464.1039. Chell went above and beyond to find a vendor to transport my vehicle in a rather short time frame. I liked that Chell reached out to keep me updated even if she hadn't secured a carrier yet. She also didn't try to sell me on a closed carrier versus open carrier which would have been more expensive. She was very measured in her analysis with me. Additionally, Chell followed up to ensure my vehicle arrived and that I was pleased with the transport. The carrier did a fine job of picking up the vehicle, albeit a little bit in a rushed manner, but I was happy to receive it a day or two early. I would highly recommend Auto Shipping Group not only for their Customer Service, their carriers, but also their price points. They find carriers with fair competitive pricing models.
