I had never shipped a car before and Amerifreight helped to explain the ins and outs of this process. It isn't as simple simple as calling a company to come pick it up and then drop it off. Graham at Amerifreight was helpful in explaining that. Amerifreight was always helpful in connecting me with the actual carrier if they couldn't answer themselves. My only negative comment is that you shouldn't get your hopes up with a specified delivery date. That window they give you pushed to the very end for me and I wouldn't have known that if I didn't contact the carrier daily towards the end of the process.
