Amerifreight was quick and responsive, and they set up a shipping carrier within minutes of my authorization of a deposit. Amerifreight responded to my questions promptly. I was unhappy with the carrier that was assigned to me as the driver did not want to pick up or drop off at my specified locations, which made it especially difficult to coordinate as I could not be there for the pick up. Also, for the drop off, I was in a dark parking lot across town with $1K cash waiting for my car to arrive, only to be told he couldn't make it to that lot and could I meet him on the side of the road 1/2 mile away. Stressful.
