I chose Andrew Transport mostly because the quote was competitive. It turned out that the cost to get my vehicle shipped, even after considerable lead time, was $94 or 12% above the quote. I also chose Andrew transport because the agent Lilly was enthusiastic and optimistic. The overrun in cost was not a deal breaker for me because other quotes were in that price range. Lesson here is that quotes mean nothing.

Regarding Lilly, she at time frustrated me because she wasn't always available and would not communicate as well as I would have preferred, However, in the end she came through and has it not been for my confidence in her I would have cancelled, particularly after having dealt with the presumed owner Brian Andrew.

Regarding Brian Andrew, he is the voice in a video that the company provides when you engage its service; in the video Brian gives his cell phone and an offers to be of assistance to clients at any time. We'll, one day I took him up on it as I was running out of time and just couldn't get in contact with Lilly. As such, I called Brian Andrew and he did take the call but acted bothered by it. and he tried to pass me off to some generic dispatch number. I told him I wanted my issue addressed. not willing to get run around, and needed a live person to address my issue. Instead of helping, then BRIAN ANDREW HUNG UP ON ME. That was infuriating!

I stuck with Andrews anyways because Lilly I heard from Lilly soon after and she was always positive and upbeat, but I will never use Andrew Transport ever again as I won't support a company where the owner hangs up on his client after vowing in a video to be available if needed.

Regarding the transport itself, the carrier was very good to deal with but took longer on both end of the transport - I was just grateful the car got there unblemished.

The delay in getting service cost me a weeks rental car in Florida when I was planning on using my transported car

I do not recall hanging up on you and I hope it was a dropped call. I've never hung up on anyone before so it does not sound like a typical experience but the customer is always right and if this is the experience you had I am truly sorry.
