The move went much smoother than I would've thought. Especially since moving my apartment was a complete fiasco. My only complaint would be the timing of the carrier, however, that was pretty minor since they did communicate with me pretty well to the minor changes in schedule.

I was giving a Thursday to Saturday window for pick up, and they called me Friday afternoon and said the pickup would be late Friday night; they ended up calling back a few hours later and asked if it would be OK for earlier Saturday morning instead, and I said that was fine. When dropping off, they said it would show up around 3 in the afternoon (this was 7 days later on a Friday, they gave a 7-10 day window for delivery). I called at 4 to see where he was when it didn't show up, and the dispatcher for the company gave me the driver's number. The driver said he was going to be there at 6 (no idea where the 3 came from), and he showed up when he said he would. No damage to the car, so a few hours here and there was not too big a deal.
