Here we go again, that call where they say it’s all set except.. the price went up, the driver added $75. Was I pissed? No. Why not? Well, after researching 8 carriers, even with the added family back to school money for the drivers family, American Car Transporters were 15-80% lower than the other 7 carrier quotes. Customer care: First, Jonathan was the only representative who up front provided all the costs information, before I had to ask. When I called off hours Brad was equally helpful, as was Ashely who handled the schedule and kept me appraised of the status. My beautiful 1928 Model AA Pick up, which I had just flown out to Michigan from California to purchase, not only was picked up ahead of schedule (nicely coordinated with the seller) but delivered on time. Driver Val called me ahead of time, both the day before and the morning of delivery, to make certain everything went smoothly. I didn’t expect to use the lowest cost carrier as, like most people was concerned about cutting corners, but I couldn’t be happier. American Car Transporters were awesome in every way and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. As an added bonus they even rewarded us with $100 in Dining Dollar Rewards.
