I contracted with American Auto Transport for the transport of my Camaro to MO from IL. The agreement was to have the vehicle delivered less than 500 miles distance before 5pm on Friday 9/5. I needed to leave town for my son’s baseball tournament over the weekend. I had worked with Paul Strausberg at American Auto Transport. The vehicle was picked up in IL about 6pm by ASAP Transport. Paul provided me the phone number for ASAP Transport for me to contact for further details on the transport. Paul knew the time schedule would not be kept and instructed ASAP Transport to not respond to my inquiries.
American Auto Transport would not answer my calls over the next 3 days. I left messages and called 30-40 times. They would not tell me where my car was or when it would be delivered. They charged my credit card then made me the problem of the transporter.
Horrible uncaring people!!! They collected their fee up front and that's all they cared about.
