I was concerned about the process of shipping my car across the country as I had never done it before. I looked at the company reviews at http://transportreviews.com and had a shortlist of 3 companies based on these reviews. I contacted all three companies, and chose AmeriFreight based on outstanding interactions with Ali, who was on top of things throughout the process and made sure the carrier delivered as promised.
When the carrier was not sure they would make it in the right time frame for pickup of the vehicle, Ali went to work behind the scenes to make sure it happened. When the drop off time was in question, she again jumped in and made sure we had the vehicle when we needed it. Ali went the extra mile to ensure a very positive experience. When I need a car shipping service again, I will chose AmeriFreight - And I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car shipped.
