We had some miscommunication on the price. We were charged $100 extra because they couldn't dispatch a driver for the $400 that we were quoted. ($400 driver + $100 fee). The pick up was 4 days late & we were already on our way to Florida when the pickup occurred & felt we had no choice. We don't recall being told we had an option to hold out until a driver for $400 would be located. We don't think we would have elected to wait because our car was sitting back in Illinois.
The transporter was great w/communication & delivery time. We'd probably use again because the price was still under the $750 for other quotes.
