You work for both companies which work together to hook customers by providing an original quote with STARR. Meanwhile STARR demonstrates poor customer service and the customer grows desperate & frustrated, you, Joe Bradey from E&W contact the customer to come to the rescue, charge the customer's account the deposit, and follow up with a call stating that you cannot honor the original quote because it was misquoted trying to upcharge the customer while you already have the deposit secured -or- STARR Transport and E&W Auto Logistics are the same company.
