To potential transport customers,
An online search brought me 8 offers for transporting my new convertible from Miami to Tallahassee. South Beach Transport was near where my car was and their price was 10 to 30% lower than other companies. Miah, the sales rep was as professional as they come. She kept me abreast of the transaction and steered me thorough online secure payment even though I had difficulties with the process. She was competent, direct to the point of need. informative, patient and ALWAYS down to earth with no negativity. I wish my company had a position for her, she is a true professional. After the timely delivery, she followed up with email and a courtesy call to make sure I was totally satisfied. I doubt I will ever need transport service again but I will always have a warm spot for that person on the phone that brought my new convertible so that I can ride off into the sunset.
