This company was the first company I have worked with that actually delivers what they offer. I shipped a few vehicles already and I have seen the same issues with each company (4) that I have worked with in the past witch was raises in price, unresponsive, and late pick ups.. EACH time. I expected that from nationwide but they turned my frown upside down!
Followed up with me every day until pick up, no price change. (very affordable for where it was headed ) Driver was 1 day late on delivery but after I received such great service between the follow ups, reminders, friendly service and attention.. I didn't mind.
