June 11th called and talked to Jonathan. Had him look up jr dragster that I needed shipped so he would know exactly what needed to be shipped. He gave price of $650 and said that was in an enclosed trailer. Beings that was the price given we went ahead and bought car for son. Asked during that call for it to be picked up June 13th. June 13th called and my husband spoke to Zoey who said that they don't pick it up on June 13th, they start looking on June 13th. June 16th I called and talked to Zoey who said she will call me back soon. Couple hours later I called back bc I hadn't heard anything and spoke to Mark. He sa id he would work on it himself. I let him know that I HAD to have by 19th bc I was leaving town. Let him know that son would miss first race otherwise. He assured me that was no problem. Called Mark a few times on 17th to see how was going. He said no worries. I asked specifically if I need to make other plans and he said no. June 18th I called and Mark said that they are almost there and that he would call me back soon. I called him after a few hours bc he didn't call back and he said he was still working on it and that I could still get the next day. HOW??? June 19th called and left Mark and Zoey 3 voice mails and tried them each another time with no vm. 1:34 I did an review on here. 2:43 Zoey called and said thay had gotten all vm's and they are still working on it. I reminded her that I would be gone Fri-Sun so it would have be delivered the next week and that my son was missing first race. June 20 I called Mark. He said he is working on it that day and wo uld be working Saturday. Again I asked if I need to make other plans and he said no. 6/23 called Jonathan. He said he will call me back in 5 minutes. I called Mark bc Jonathan never called back 3 hrs later. Mark told me THAT HE WILL NOT HELP ME BC I DID A BAD REVIEW. I asked for Jonathan and he said he was at lunch. I asked for an owner and he said they were gone. I asked for a manager and he put Zoey on. She said she would fix it. Jonathan called then and said he is working on it. 6/24 Jonathan called and said it can be picked up tomorrow (12 days after date I first said) ONLY IF WE PAY $1100.00 MORE. We told him that we want our deposit back. Waiting for that to happen. I will let you all know if and when we ever get it back. We already bought car. Can't get our money back.

Yesterday, we got a call saying that they can pick car up Saturday. My husband asked why they are calling when we had Jonathan cancel our order due to breech of contract and trying to add another $1100 to price. Lady got very rude with him and asked him if we had filled out the cancellation form that was emailed to us. We had not gotten anything like that emailed to us. Funny, just a few minutes later it came to our email. When my husband told her that our deposit was suppose to already be back into our acct, she hung up on him. He called her right back and she was very rude.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB. We bought this car based on their price for delivery. Not only can we not get our money back for this car, my son is heart broken that he is having to miss his first several races. Not even certain we can get the car here now.

We own buisnesses. If we give a price and we made a mistake with it, we take the loss. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!



BTW: We called and left two messsages 6/25/14 asking where our money is.

UPDATE:
6/27/14 STILL NO DEPOSIT BACK.
6/30/14 STILL NO DEPOSIT BACK. - I tried to call them just now at 954-241-1376 and a voice mail answered and then it said it was full. I know that they know that I followed a complaint with the BBB becasue I got an email from BBB saying that they sent it to Starr for reveiw and to get their response.
6/30/14-My husband asked me to call 954-699-0119 because they keep hanging up on him. I called and Evalyn put me on hold then they hung up. I called right back and it went to voice mail.
7/1/14 STILL NO DEPOSIT BACK. STILL HANGS UP ON US.

7/8/14 STILL NO DEPOSIT RETURN. NOW TALKING WITH OUR CC FRAUD DEPARTMENT.
