Customer Communications with Tony

I selected AllSeasons transport because I had read wonderful reviews about the company and specifically about Tony. In the beginning of our transaction, Tony was very efficient, informative, and reasonable on the phone. He also explained everything regarding the car shipment process and my options at various points during our multiple phone calls. He told me accurately that it would take 2-3 weeks for the car to ship.

However, after 4 weeks I had heard nothing from Tony. I emailed him twice, and then called Tony about the car shipment, and he told me there was an unforseeable event that delayed the car shipment, and to his credit it was unforseeable.

But he was EXCEPTIONALLY rude, abrasive, and belittling in how he spoke to me about the transaction. And proceeded to yell at me for 8 minutes, and repeated " do you understand what supply and demand is," and "it's common sense to ask a question if you don't' understand," and " I don't have a crystal ball how am I suppose to see the future." Despite the fact that I repeatedly told him that I understood the situation and wasn't blaming him, he kept repeating those aforementioned questions.

Even though I had put down a deposit, I felt that I was so mistreated that I didn't want to work with him at all.

I would recommend this company only if you're looking for quick transaction. If you think there will be problems or issues with your transaction in any way (like a potential delay), then I would not recommend working with Tony specifically.
