Broken Promises

This was the worst experience I have had in dealing with car shipments. They never picked up the car and had me waiting for over two weeks. In reading the reviews, they gave me the same story as everybody else.

First, I picked them because they followed up multiple times when I asked for shipping information. I thought It would show the level of customer service I could expect.The were neither the cheapest nor highest quote i got but again I thought i would get good customer service.. The fastest thing about them was the speed in which they took my deposit. They set a date for pick up. The day came and I called them to verify the pick up.

1) They told me they didnt have room for the truck I was sending. They only had room for a small car like a honda civic. I asked how such a mix up could have been made but they told me it was no ones fault and we would set up shipping for the following week. I asked how they could confuse the side of a truck and a small car.

2) The second pick up date came and again when I called the verify the pick up they told me the truck picking my car had broken down. They told me the heads and broken and that It would be 4 more days. I explained the situation that the car needed to leave but was assured it would be ready by the 19th. I said ok.

3) On the 18th, I called in to check that everything was ready for pick up on the next day. I get a call back saying that he can ship my car for me saturday (the day the broken truck was supposed to be ready) for an additional $400 dollars. I said no, and he began to talk down to me about how i'm not in the business. I said I would just wait for the truck being fixed, he stated to forget the truck.

This whole time I dealt with jonathan. This was bad. They not only got my deposit, which it seems I might not get back. The worst thing is that they made me and customer wait for times when it was not necessary. I cant imagine this company being to successful, IT was nothing but a headache.

We apologize for inconvience. This story is true I refuse to lie. but the truck did brake down and another trucker wanted more money to pick up your vechile. but I assure you no one spoke down to you cause my calls are recorded and I don't tolerate disrespect to my customers. My records show u did get your refund and we apologize for any inconvience. Anyone has any questions feel free to call Ecc.We prove everything with documents .
