I have NOTHING good to say about this broker. They had a 3 week window to hire a driver and move my car, and they NEVER so much as hired a driver to pick up my car. they didn't even notify me that they hadn't hired someone, but instead waited to the day of the supposed pickup and no one from AVT called or showed up. I had to track AVT dispatch down then I learn "it fell through the cracks." It went steadily downhill from there, if that was even possible. I spoke to a guy who said he was their BEST and promised a Monday update/action, this was Saturday and when Monday came , I had to track him down too, and when I did nothing had changed. He stalled me several more hours promising results and a call in two hours - none of that happened. I then asked for a refund then their "BEST" said "you are breaking the contract you signed in a text to me at 5:34 in the morning!! I texted back attorney general action and to cease and desist communication with me. By then I already had hired a 5 star company Dec 30 and had retained the services of a driver. But it cost ME nearly double the price to ensure my car got to my destination when needed- all thanks to All Vehicle Transporters (AVT).

This company is neither mature, professional, or reliable. Be forewarned movers of this company. This company is a massive F in all categories.
