My 1st experience with shipping company

Over all I was happy with the transport of my new vehicle. North Park Lincoln in San Antonio, TX arranged the pick up and delivery which was very nice, because I had no clue how I was going to get the vehicle I was looking all over for back to North Dakota. Mr. Tetara was very good about keeping me posted!
My only complaints are about the drivers themselves. First of all I had a very hard time understanding them because they could not even speek good english. They called me at 10:00am and said they would be at my home in 4 hours, 2:00pm Right? At 3:00pm I called to check what was going on.They said "we be there in 1 hour" At 5:00pm I call again getting worried. They say almost there, and they couldnt find us and could not understand our simple address, was a little frustrating cuz we had plans at 6:00pm which is when they finally showed up!
I feel the price was very fair, because there is no way I could have flown there and drove it back myself for that price!
