Email Heather first if you decide to use Red Carpet for your car needs. She was patient, knowledgeable, and prompt to reply to any and all questions.
Vehicle was picked up one day early, and arrived on schedule, well, 15 minutes ahead of schedule. :)
Customer service isn't something that is a high priority with many companies, this is NOT an issue with Heather or Red Carpet Transport.
