i had my car shipped with scratches on top from low trees and windshield cracked ,i got the car 11 days late and the driver sergio didn't speak English, i tryed to explain that is damage to the top he said (no understand) ,and he showed me the contract.be careful the contract said they are not responsible for nothing during transport. so here i'm with a new bmw with the top scratched and windshield cracked .
