I want you to know, That I, have a back ground in management, and believe that customer service is extremely important. " PDQ auto mover's had this customer service".
I was looking for a company that could take my Granddaughters car to Colorado,( were she is attending college) from Ohio. PDQ sent me a quote, and stood by their quote with no hidden fees, or surprises. I want you to know that this company worked with me , my daughter, and granddaughter, in a way that was courteous, understanding, and very patient.
When the transported arrived, he gave us plenty of notice, and waited until we could bring the car to him. ( we realized he would not be able to come down a residental street.)
The car was thoughly checked out, and we felt that it was left in good hands.
This might not have been any big deal to PDQ. But sending this "95' Talon was like sending a piece of home, to a granddaughter that just started college so far away. It took 3 1/2 days, much sooner than I thought, and was delivered right to her dorm. The thing is...we were not made to feel like it wasn't a big deal.
We will be calling when it's time to bring it home!!!!!!!!!!!
