Was not happy with service

Review:

Never called to let me know that a driver was assained, driver never called had to wait for days to reset pickup Never did know car was picked up till it was at my door.. I will never use PDQ again..It was like sit home 24-7 till car show's up never will let you know when pick up is or who is picking up car. It was like pulling teeth, Find a trucking service that will keep you inform on pick up and dliverly..

Mr.Thomasee was told that his vehicle would be delivered with in 24 hrs of pick up.We scheduled a truck at 11pm to pick up the vehicle the next day.However when they called the next morning they recieved no answer and had to go on with their route. Two days later we scheduled another truck and I personally called both the pick up contact and Mr. Thomasee but recieved no answer when i called the supplied phone number.So in fact we were more than accomodating with his vehicle transport.We do not ask any one to wait around for days to get their vehicle. We are available from 8am to 10 pm 7 days a week.We are just a phone call away if you need an update on where your vehicle is.We however do not read minds therefore we need you to call us if you do not answer your phone. This order was placed on the 21st and vehicle delivered on 25th.
