Here is a brief account of my experience with Angel's Moving Autos and carrier ABR Productions & Transport, order ID 1389150.

I arranged transportation with Angels Moving Autos. Quote was $1.3k for an enclosed trailer from NC to TX. Pickup is tentatively scheduled for Oct 23. I chose Angels because they were highest rated company on Transportreviews.com.

It's been about an hour since I called Angels Transport, and I just got an email that the pickup had been scheduled for Oct 23. That was fast! We'll see if they actually show up on Oct 23....

2 days have passed and I just got a call from Angel's Transport. Apparently, my driver had another customer reschedule on him, so now my driver will be picking up a car in Florida on Friday and couldn't get to my car in NC until Monday (at the latest). So, did I want to keep that carrier or try another one? I told Jennifer with Angel's Transport to try another carrier. Sorry Jaws Transportation (the actual carrier).

It's been a few hours, and I just got a call from Angel's letting me know that they found an alternate carrier. It'll be ABR Productions & Transport, and Jennifer said they could also pick up the car on the same day.

Oct 23:
It's the day of scheduled pickup now, and I've instructed my dealer to call me when ABR Productions & Transport shows up. About half way through the day, and no update. No update the rest of the day.

Oct 24:
It's now the next day, and I have no idea if my car was picked up or not. The dealer said that the driver called last night to confirm that the dealer is open until 9pm. So, I just called and talked to Karen at Angels who was very nice. She confirmed that the car had NOT been picked up as of this morning and was going to call the driver to find out what's going on.

It's about noon now, and I just got a call from Michelle at Angels and the carrier called to confirm that he picked up my car. This means the pickup was 1 day late.

Another hour just passed, and I got a call from the driver asking to schedule the delivery.
That was a welcomed surprise. He said he can have it to me late tomorrow (Oct 25) or maybe early in the AM in two days (Oct 26). Now I'm excited.

The driver called me after a few hours to let me know he'd likely be delivering in about 2 days (Oct 26).

Oct 25:
It's now the next day, about 5pm, and the driver called to let me know that he'll be here tomorrow at around noon (Oct 26).

Oct 26:
Noon the next day came, and the driver did not call. I called him at 12:45, and he said he'd be there around 4pm.

At 3pm, he calls and says he's in front of our house. Hmm, a little early, but I guess it's okay. We were close to home, so it didn't take long to get back there to receive the car.

Once we got there, he opened the truck, and I was pleased to see that my car had a full cover on it. The driver was very gentle moving around the car, which I appreciated. He had secured the car to the inside of the trailer using 3 inch straps around the wheels and never touched the frame or body, which I definitely appreciated. Two minutes later,
I climbed in and backed the car out of the truck. We went over the exterior inspection and everything looked perfect. We gave him a cashier's check and a little cash tip for treating the car nicely.

It's now 3 days later, and I got a call from Michelle at Angels Moving Autos to follow up and make sure everything turned out ok with the delivery.

All in all, it was a good experience, and on the parts of the transport process that Angel's Moving Autos controls, they did a good job.

I'd probably use them again. 4 out of 5 stars. I took off one star for:
1. Pick-up was a day late. On the upside...communication about the delays was decent.
2. The tracking tool on the Angels Transport website doesn't work at all. It looks like it's been taken down since then.
