Subject: Excellent Customer Service
Review:The girls over at Amerifreight were really helpful and hardworking. I would highly recommend if you are shipping your car coast to coastusing Economy as I did that you either book your 1st available pickup date at least 3 weeks before so you can ensure that it ships on time. If not, please upgrade to Priority. I ended up shipping my car priority after they were not able to find a carrier within the 5 days after pickup. My truck ended up shipping 9 business days after my pickup window. My Trailblazer was not damaged but had alot of dirt and dead bugs. The carrier that picked up the truck was very nice and he called to let me know what he was doing every couple of days. He picked my car up on a Thursday but did not get on the road until that following Monday. So the actual transit time was 5 days. I will be using Amerifreight again when I move back to Georgia.
