WAS ASSURED BY BROKER CARLA AT BULLSEYE TRANSPORT, RED BLUFF CALIFORNIA A CARRIER WAS AT THE SITE OF PICKUP IN WILOWS CALIFONIA AND WAS ON ITS WAY SOUTH TO LOS ANGELES FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY. I ACCEPTED BID UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.SAME DAY SERVICE. I DID NOT RECIEVE DRIVER CONTACT NUMBER UNTIL I ASKED FOR IT. WHEN I CONTACTED, THE DRIVER, THE NEXT DAY HE WAS IN OAKLAND, TOLD ME HE WAS NOT AT THE SITE, WAS NORTHBOUND BUT TURNED AROUND PICKED UP MY VEHICLE AND PROCEDED NORTH TO OAKLAND.
AFTER CLOSING THE DEAL WITH CARLA AT BULLLSEYE, I MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH A MUFFLER SHOP TO RECIEVE THE CAR THE SAME DAY WITH THE AGREEMENT (THE SHOP OWNER WOULD WAIT UNTIL THE CAR WAS DELIVERED. HE CALLED ME A 10PM HAT NIGHT TO INFORM ME THE CAR WAS NOT DELIVERED) AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE WORK PERFORMED THE NEXT DAY. NO CAR TO WORK ON BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR THE TIME LOST BY THE SHOP. I ASKED CARLA AT BULLSEYE FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR $100.00 I WAS CHARGED. SHE REFUSES TO ANSWER MY REQUEST AND REFERS ME TO THIS SITE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BULLSEYE TRANSPORT SHOULD BE RENAMED BULLSHIT TRANSPORT.
THE CARS PAINT WAS SCRATCHED BY THE OPERATOR OF THE RIG. WHEN I WAS READY TO DRIVE OFF AFTER DELIVERY, I WAS PRESENTED WITH THE INSPECTION SHEET. THE TOTAL OPERATION STUNK. ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER BY BOTH THE BROKER, AND TRANSPORTER

In response to customer's statements the administration at Bullseye Auto Transport replies with the following: We did contract with Mr. Garcia for an enclosed transport that was in the city of pick up when contracted. The vehicle was picked up within 30 minutes and the carrier headed to his destination. We did not promise same day delivery, but rather same day pick up.
If a map is viewed for accuracy you can see that Willows, CA is north of Oakland, CA. Therefore the statement that was made about heading north is false. The carrier did have to wait in the Bay area longer than expected to pick up his final car to proceed to customer's location in Southern California.
Time from pick up to delivery is not 212 days as stated by customer in this review, but rather 2 1/2 days. This is not an unusual turn around time for an enclosed transport in this economy, and this is the first I had heard of any damage. |
