| Late, but excellent service |
This was the first time I have shipped a vehicle, and made the mistake the of going with the "lowest bidder" which was American Pride Auto Ride. I waited for 2 weeks and still had not been assigned a driver. Needless to say I cancelled and called Justin, he had a driver scheduled that same day!!!
Shipping was delayed by 2 days due to various reasons, but total wait time was still only 8 days from the first time I called Justin for a quote. Justin was my primary contact person, and is by far the nicest person I have dealt with in a long time.
The transport driver was very nice, and even took 20 minutes out of his time to help me strap the vehicle down despite having a transporter full of cars yet to deliver.
I highly recommend this shipper, and am planning on using them again in the near future.
