Review:

Salesman promised pick up in no more than 2 wks, it was over 5 weeks until they picked up truck. Salesman was not prompt in returning calls & very evasive with answers. Transport drivers were polite but used another customers car to drag my truck off the trailer. My truck had broken windshield on arrival which was not reimbursed.

Unfortunately Mr. Hamrick has not been completely honest about the circumstances of this transport. He informed Express Auto Transport that the vehicle was fully operational. It was not. This misinformation could have been reason to cancel the transport; however the driver made the decision to complete the transport in spite of the inconvenience this caused.

Mr. Hamrick also speaks of a promised or guaranteed date. Our staff does reference the average pick-up time, but no guarantee date can be made due to the number of variables that influence pick-up, transport time, and drop-off. Each individual transport is unique and specific to its own set of requirements.

In cases like this, Express Auto Transport again emphasizes the importance of reading and understanding the Terms & Conditions. Our Terms & Conditions are provided to customers at the time of the quote and again when the order is placed. Our Transport Specialists request that customers read this documentation and they are encouraged to ask questions if there is something that they do not understand. Customers and businesses both benefit when these details are outlined in a clearly written format. And we offer these Terms & Conditions upfront so that any questions or concerns can be addressed immediately. We are sorry Mr. Hamrick feels so negatively about his experience with Express Auto Transport. We managed the situation fairly and with respect to the customer. And perhaps it is most important to recognize that we simply adhered to the policies outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
