I chose Transport Services because Michelle called me and said she had a trucker who would take me Honda CRV for $1650 and would pick up the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wed. I read the reviews and they were all very positive. Those three days came and went with no communication about my car even though I called and left messages. I became very frustrated not knowing what was going on. Finally, Jeremy called me on Friday of that week and explained that the trucker they had lined up had changed his mind. I told him I understand they can't control what the truckers do but they should have let me know what was going on. He called me the following Monday to say he had another truck lined up which did pick my car up on Wed. He also said he would refund $50 of my deposit for my trouble which I thought was a nice gesture. Four weeks later I've not received the refund even though I spoke with Jeremy who assured he would take care of it. I also emailed Transport Services billing department with no results.

This route is a very hard. from MAINE to WASHINGTON. We still came to get the car and dropped it off no problems. We did issue a refund as we said we would. and we were in the middle of updating our phone systems, so i apologize about the miscommunication
